BIODESIGN International is pleased to offer four Treponema pallidum recombinant antigen products. All products have a purity of >95% as evaluated by SDS-PAGE and known applications of ELISA, Western blot and immunochromatographic (rapid) assays.

Catalog# R8A404 is T. pallidum TmpA (Treponemal membrane protein A). Catalog# R8A201 is T. pallidum p17. Catalog# R8A101 is T. pallidum p15 and Catalog # R8A403 is T. pallidum p47. All products react strongly with Treponema pallidum positive serum. All antigens are expressed in E. coli and contain beta-galactosidase (114 kDa) fusion protein.
