BIODESIGN International® has an extensive line of apolipoprotein products which includes antibodies specific for Apo (a), Apo AI, Apo AII, Apo B, Apo C, Apo CI, Apo CII, Apo CIII, Apo E, Apo H, Apo J, and Lp(a). Depending on the monoclonal or polyclonal antibody chosen, antibody formats available are neat serum, purified unconjugated antibody, and/or conjugated to biotin or peroxidase. Antibody host species include Mouse, Goat, Hamster, Rabbit, and Sheep. Although most antibodies are anti-Human specificity, some anti-Mouse, anti-Hamster, anti-Rabbit products are available. Applications may include Western blot, ELISA, competitive EIA, immunodiffusion assay, enzyme conjugation or biotinylation.

Purified Human Proteins include Apo AI, Apo AII, Apo B, Apo CI, Apo CII, Apo CIII, Apo E, Apo E2, Apo E3, Apo E4, Apo H, Apo SAA, HDL, LDL, Lp(a), and VLDL. Purified Mouse Apo AI and Rabbit Apo E are also available.
