Numerous monoclonal antibodies to various amino acid sequences of p53 are offered by BIODESIGN International®. Specificities include p53 C-terminal 370-378, p53 C-terminal 371-380, p53 N-terminal 20-25, p53 mutant 213-217, p53 wild & mutant 32-79, p53 wild & mutant 56-65, p53 wild 250-270, mouse p53 wild 85-109.

Depending on the product selected, antibodies are produced in ascites or culture and available as a purified unconjugated antibody, and/or conjugated. Although most antibodies are anti-Human specificity, some anti-Mouse products are available. Tested applications may include: Western blot, ELISA, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry or flow cytometry. Additional antibodies of interest include Bax, Rb, Cyclin, PSA, CEA, and more.
