The QIAwell 96 Ultra Plasmid Kit provides streamlined high-throughput preparation of multiples of 96 ultrapure plasmid minipreps. The procedure uses QIAfilter, QIAwell, and QIAprep 96-well plates sequentially on QIAvac 96 or BioRobot Systems. No centrifugation, phenol extraction, or alcohol precipitation is required. The QIAwell 96 Ultra BioRobot Kit is a special kit format optimized for use with the BioRobot 9600 and BioRobot 3000. The kit provides QIAfilter 96, QIAwell 96, and QIAprep 96 modules together with all buffers and plasticware required for automated high-throughput preparation of 96 ultrapure plasmid minipreps. For purification of constructs larger than 20 kb the QIAwell 8 Ultra Plasmid Kit is recommended.
