Highly Concentrated DNA Eluates
DNA fragments (100 and 500 bp) were
purified using either the MinElute 96 UF Kit (20 µl elution volume) or
from an ultrafiltration-based kit from Supplier M3 (50 µl elution volume).
As examples, 2 wells were each loaded with 5 µl aliquots of eluate. 100 bp
fragments purified by the MinElute 96 UF Kit were threefold more concentrated
than fragments using the kit from Supplier M3. M:
markers.
