The Transfection Reagent Selector Kit enables assessment of Effectene Reagent and SuperFect Reagent to determine which is better for your specific cell type. This kit is provided with a comprehensive handbook containing an easy protocol and pipetting scheme to guide you through the determination of the better reagent and the optimal transfection conditions. The Transfection Reagent Selector Kit contains sufficient quantities of each reagent to test two different cell types with nine different transfection conditions and two controls for each reagent, in a 6-well plate format.*
