TAGZyme DAPase Enzyme

For the removal of 6xHis tags from proteins expressed using TAGZyme pQE vectors

TAGZyme DAPase Enzyme removes dipeptides from N-terminal 6xHis tags expressed using TAGZyme pQE vectors with high efficiency and processivity. DAPase Enzyme — a recombinant exopeptidase carrying a 6xHis tag at its C-terminus — is removed from reaction mixtures by subtractive immobilized-metal affinity chromatography (IMAC), allowing pure, detagged target protein to be recovered in the flow-through fraction.
