NEW LiquiChip Calibration and Control Beads

Accessories for calibration and validation of the LiquiChip Reader

LiquiChip Calibration Beads, which have precisely defined classification and reporter fluorescence intensities, are used to normalize the LiquiChip Reader laser and photomultiplier settings.

LiquiChip Control Beads are used for validation of the instrument settings and to check the bead classification function and the dynamic range of the reporter channel. A mixture of beads with five different color codes is used to check that the bead classification channel is functioning correctly. A second mixture containing beads with 4 different concentrations of reporter fluorophore is used to check reporter channel response over the dynamic range of the LiquiChip Reader.
