The BioRobot HT Plasmid System fulfils the front-end needs of high-throughput sequencing laboratories by generating enough sequencing reactions to continuously supply up to seven 96-lane sequencers. The high-quality and optimal concentration of the purified DNA is suited to all sequencing technologies and routinely yields read-lengths of 630 bp at a 99% level of accuracy. This novel integrated system combines MagAttract magnetic bead technology and leading-edge instrumentation to provide a complete solution for front-end sequencing tasks.
