NEW LiquiChip Detection Reagents

LiquiChip detection reagents are designed for simple and sensitive detection and quantification of bead-bound assay components. Penta,His Alexa Fluor Conjugates, Penta,His Biotin Conjugates, and Streptavidin-R-PE enable highly flexible and sensitive detection of analytes in LiquiChip assays.

LiquiChip detection reagents offer:

The following detection reagents are used with the LiquiChip system:

Penta,His Alexa Fluor 532 Conjugate

Penta,His Alexa Fluor 532 Conjugate consists of mouse monoclonal Penta,His Antibodies conjugated to the fluorophore Alexa Fluor 532, and can be used for direct detection of 6xHis-tagged proteins without the need for a secondary antibody. Alexa Fluor 532 is highly photostable and its absorption and emission profiles make it highly suited for use as a reporter molecule in LiquiChip assays.

Penta,His Biotin Conjugate

Penta,His Biotin Conjugate consists of mouse monoclonal Penta,His Antibodies that are conjugated to biotin and bind to 6xHis-tagged proteins with high affinity and specificity. The high-affinity interaction between biotin and streptavidin allows highly sensitive detection in conjunction with Streptavidin R-PE.

Streptavidin-R-PE

Streptavidin-R-PE comprises streptavidin conjugated to the fluorophore R-phycoerythrin (R-PE), and binds to any biotinylated molecule (e.g., Penta,His Biotin Conjugates or other biotinylated antibodies) with high affinity. The absorption and emission profiles of R-PE are highly suited for its use as a reporter molecule in high sensitivity LiquiChip assays.
