NEW SensiChip DNA Array Reader

The QIAGEN SensiChip DNA Array Reader uses innovative planar waveguide (PWG) technology to reduce background interference and dramatically increase the signal-to-noise ratio. This enables microarray analysis with as little as 1 µg total RNA — without amplification steps — to give the true gene expression profile.

Principle

The SensiChip DNA Array Reader is designed for use with customized SensiChip DNA Arrays. The SensiChip Reader has an integrated stacker with a 10-plate capacity for high-throughput applications. SensiChip Control Software provides image acquisition and control of the Reader. SensiChip View Software is also available for image analysis on the same system.

A Complete Detection and Microarray Platform

The SensiChip Reader and SensiChip Array Bars provide high sensitivity without amplification. The integrated system ensures highly reproducible resutls and ease of use.
