Integration and application support

Our highly qualified engineers and programmers work closely with our expert molecular biologists to ensure effective integration into your laboratory. We help you integrate analytical instruments, streamline communication between instruments, and even design your workspace to optimize your automated projects. Whether designing a new application or modifying existing protocols, we work with you to ensure your workstation matches your application needs and laboratory environment.

Installation and training

Our experienced engineers set up the workstation in your laboratory and install system software. Performance is tested and maintenance procedures are explained. Instruction on operation, application development, and maintenance is offered on-site in your own laboratory or at our local training center.

Remote service

With your permission, our engineers can perform file updates, identify and correct irregularities, and track system performance by remote access to your QIAsoft Operating System.
