AKT-GST was spiked into the Jurkat lysate at decreasing concentrations (250–0 pg/μL) and both the labeled and endogenous proteins were detected using an AKT1 monoclonal antibody. Linear regression analysis was performed and the endogenous concentration of AKT in the samples was calculated as 21 pg/μL.
