Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Identify and boost business opportunities in the Life Science market by evaluate the potential segmentation, especially in NGS field.
Evaluate and analyze findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of opportunities, mainly focus on RSS business.
Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, distributors and government authorities to advocate the uses of the organization’s products and services, and to drive the government policy,mainly watch the NGS’s field stakeholders and set up relationship.
Participate/ organize meetings with potential customers and partners to pursue LS business opportunities, compliance execution and protect the organization’s business interests.
Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure prompt follow-up.
Explore new business opportunity, develop business plan, provide the workflow solutions for customers in different market segments.
Manage and coordinate with company level projects initiative and execution.  Keep BA’s action is in line with whole company.
Other  tasks or projects assigned by line manager
Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection 
Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)


Education& Qualifications:

A relevant undergraduate degree, possibly in a science / medical related discipline.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Good command of office and statistics software applications.
Proven experience in scientific publications and presentation skills.


Experience:

A minimum of ten years of progressive career experience in sales and marketing management with a major multinational  Life Science/ medical devices company where a sophisticated operating system is in place
Experience in Invitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry is preferred but not a pre-requisite. 
MBA degree is plus
