Primary Responsibilities:
?Work with various teams to identify and prioritize customer and product requirements in the field of Onco-immunology, cell therapy
and precision medicine.
?Design and develop multicolor in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents using flow cytometry.
?Establish protocols, SOPs and product specifications for IVD reagents with flow cytometry applications.
?Advance applications and associated assay protocols for reagent products.
?Develop QC methods and standards.
?Write process and technical documents and transfer to R&D junior scientists, manufacturing, and QC.
?Coach junior scientists and solve a broad range of scientific problems of varying scope and complexity.
?Communicate scientific results and progress update in both written format and orally with various internal teams and external
collaborators.
?Write or edit technical documents in English for regulatory certification, compliance, and marketing materials.
?Participate in general laboratory management: maintain the normal operation of the laboratory, including management of reagents,
regular maintenance of equipment, etc.
?Perform additional duties and/or other projects as assigned as required.
Qualifications:
?Master or Ph.D. in immunology, medical laboratory, or related biomedical disciplines.
?4+years training or experience in immunoassay and immunophenotyping of human immune cells, IVD reagent development
experience is desirable.
?Proficient in designing, optimizing, and analyzing multicolor antibody panels using flow cytometry for basic or clinical research.
?Familiar with conventional cell biological techniques and medical laboratory methods.
?Knowledge and experiences in infections disease research, expertise in beads-based immunoassay is a plus.
?Work independently with minimal supervision and ability to drive projects forward effectively.
?Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment within a global organization.
?Demonstrated technical writing and oral communication skills with English
