职位职责：
To actively carry out daily bench work and fulfill operational research activities. Major responsibilities include: hands-on bench work, methodology development, data analysis and scientific reporting
应聘要求：
- M.S. or equivalent degree in life sciences or biotechnology with solid fundamental research training, having 2 - 5 years proven-track academic or bio-pharmaceutical industry working experience.
- A record of relevant scientific accomplishment documented by peer-reviewed publications would be a plus.
- Be proficient in cell biology and molecular biology, with proven track record of strong hands-on bench skills. Expertise in cell based assay and primary cell culture is highly preferred.
- Good methodology development and hands-on problem solving skills are required.
- Be result- and detail-oriented, highly self-motivated and well organized. Independent and innovative thinking, multi-tasking with team work spirit, dedicated and open minded, excellent communication and coordination skills are required.
- GMP or GLP experience would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin.

职位职责：
- To be responsible for the development and implementation of the advanced skin research programs, with focus to establish models and methodologies.
- Major responsibilities: design and manage advanced research projects, coordinate activities within the groups, prepare documentation, data analysis and scientific reports. It is required to be actively involved in daily bench work.
应聘要求：
- A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in life science or biomedical fields, with at least 3-yr proven-track experience in academic or bio-pharmaceutical industry, training related to skin biology research is preferred.
- A sounding record of scientific accomplishment documented by international peer-reviewed publications.
- Be proficient in cell biology, strong hands-on expertise in primary cell/tissue culture is preferred.
- Strong methodology development skills and proficiency in molecular biology or cell-based assay are required. Experience in stem cell research would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin. Professional presentation skills and effective communication capability in a multidisciplinary environment are essential.
- Highly self-motivated, result and detail oriented, analytical and innovative thinking, strong organizational and mature interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit in a fast-paced, team-oriented research environment are required.
- Previous GMP or GLP experience would be a plus.
