You will be responsible for scouting for Partnerships. Identifying and approaching potential partners for collaboration in the IVD space in the APAC region, with focus on China.

  • 3) Supporting team in interfacing with internal Roche stakeholders;

You should hold:
  • 1) BSc, Msc(PhD) Advanced academic degree in Science or MBA, preferably combined;
  • 2) Leadership capability and ability to influence/align different stakeholders, and knowledge of IVD industry and Govt dynamics in China;
  • 3) Fluent Mandarin Speaker and proficiency in English, proven ability to work and communicate across a global organization.

You should have minimum 5 years+ experience technical and management experience within Healthcare/Diagnostics / Medical Devices. Experience in understanding commercial plans, market intel and planning. Experience in large strategic projects incl. M&A, and Joint Ventures.
