岗位职责:

1) 负责公司免疫类诊断产品(WB、Elisa、胶体金)在目标区域内的推广,并达成公司的销售目标。
2) 负责目标区域内客户的管理,包括建立及更新客户资料,维护客户关系等工作,并合理使用公司资源。
3) 完成公司规定的各类销售报表,日常报告并协调其它区域内工作。
4) 促进、管理产品在区域内的分销、物流渠道;负责区域内竞争对手的信息搜集。
5) 处理、协调并反馈客户投诉并提供技术支持和服务;
6) 独立开展市场推广活动,有效地执行公司的市场计划。


能力要求:
1) 临床检验、临床医学或者相关专业本科以上学历。
2) 从事2年以上体外诊断、医疗产品及药品销售、有医院检验科和/或跨国公司工作经历者优先;
3) 具备出色的销售意识以及较强地判断能力;
4) 熟悉计算机MS OFFICE常用软件和电子邮件;
5) 有一定的英语阅读以及听、说、写能力以及良好的沟通能力;

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for achieving the sales plan for the Fine Chemicals Group. Next to maintaining existing business, you will develop incremental business with our existing customers. You will do acquisition to find and develop new accounts.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

§ Applying different selling techniques to increase both the sales and the customer base

§ Using product knowledge to conduct optimal consultative selling to customers

§ Establishing customer relationship, identifying decision makers, account mapping

§ Updating and maintaining sales tools (CRM-System)

§ Formulating, Recommending and implementing active pricing strategy for accounts

§ Participation on tradeshows and events, implementing on-site activities

§ Using marketing tools and give feedback

§ Creating reports, forecasting and plans for your territory and accounts

§ Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager Europe

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Ability to: Demonstrate high degree of leadership, teamwork, interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Knowledge: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Analytical skills
