这两篇分别由美国加州Scripps研究所和哈佛医学院等机构研究人员发表的文章给出了范例,阐明如何利用从用164种不同化合物处理的多个癌细胞系衍生出的基因表达标签数据库。这种数据库能够预测一种抗癌活性,而之后的模型系统则证实了这种预测。
