职位描述：

Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage projects and orders by coordinating work flow, providing technical support to the team, and tracking timelines for assigned projects. 2. Communicate with customers and sales on order progress and complaints handling 3. Analyze data and write reports to delivery high quality of project on time 4. Work on process excellence to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources and improve productivity. 5. Willing to work hands-on as needed to achieve results. 6. May assist site leader and PMO to implement the training for the team members. Requirement: 1.Master and above degree in Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics and related fields. Snapshot, Real-Time PCR, SNP theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience is highly desired. Minimum 2 years鈥� working experience and 1yr+ project management practice 2. Ability to take multitask is a must; excellent learning and problem solving skills; results oriented. 3. Strong leadership and accountable for the result delivery. 4. Excellent command of English and interpersonal skills 5. Experience with MNC preferred
