两篇文章阐明癌症研究新思路

　　

生物通报道： 10月号Chemistry and Biology杂志的封面推荐的文章和同期Cancer Cell杂志上的另外一篇文章证实了通过计算机联合癌症相关标签和药物相关标签来确定癌症药物的思路。

 

这两篇分别由美国加州Scripps研究所和哈佛医学院等机构研究人员发表的文章给出了范例，阐明如何利用从用164种不同化合物处理的多个癌细胞系衍生出的基因表达标签数据库。这种数据库能够预测一种抗癌活性，而之后的模型系统则证实了这种预测。

 

这种药物研发方法科研使研究人员更快地确定出针对特定癌症亚型的治疗药物。（生物通杨遥）
