• Introduction
• Graft engineering: T cell depletion (CD34 positive selection, CD3/CD19 depletion, TCR alpha/beta depletion (briefly)); haploidentical transplantation: experience in  children and adults, T cell depletion in the matched setting (reference to the US registration trial)
• complication after allogeneic transplantation: poor graft function and treatment with a boost of CD34+ selecetd stem cells
• DLI after allogeneic stem cell transplantation: CD8 depleted DLI, NK cell DLI
• CD34 + selection and autologous stem cell transplantation for autoimmune diseases
