先天性肝外门体分流（CEPS）是一种较为罕见的疾病，其特征是门静脉系统直接流入体循环静脉。我们报告了一例伴有先天性心脏病的CEPS病例，该病例表现为肺动脉瘤样扩张以及气道压迫的症状，这强调了在出现无法解释的氧合缺陷或肺动脉高压时，对其他潜在病理进行评估的重要性。
