本研究针对辐射诱导肺损伤(RILI)中细胞衰老的调控机制,团队通过建立肺上皮-成纤维细胞直接共培养3D球体模型,发现辐射后衰老的成纤维细胞可通过旁分泌作用显著促进共培养上皮细胞的衰老进程。单细胞测序鉴定出12个辐射应答核心基因(包括SERPINB2/4/7、TFPI2等),为RILI的早期干预提供了新型生物标志物和潜在治疗靶点。
