摘要

从生长在杜鹃花（Rhododendron molle）中的内生真菌Penicilium属中分离出一种新发现的氯异苏洛林衍生物（demethychloroisosul 1）以及一种新型色酮代谢物（reduchromone 2）。通过对其一维（1D）和二维（2D）核磁共振（NMR）数据以及高分辨率电子喷雾质谱（HRESIMS）数据的综合分析，阐明了这些化合物的结构。此外，对demethychloroisosul 1进行的X射线衍射分析是首次利用单晶数据确认氯异苏洛林结构的实例。值得注意的是，demethychloroisosul 1对HepG2肝癌细胞表现出中等程度的细胞毒性，其半数抑制浓度（IC50）为30.18 μM。
