多 Lead-free halide perovskite, kesterite, and delafossite semiconductors were integrated into a multilayer ternary heterostructure (Cs?SnCl?/Cu?ZnSnS?/CuFeO?) to enable direct solar-driven hydrogen production from sewage water. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed elemental composition and oxidation states, while X-ray diffraction verified successful multilayer integration. Optical measurements showed a bandgap narrowing from 1.73 eV to 1.12 eV, enhancing light absorption. The multilayer structure delivered a photocurrent density of ?24.0 mA cm?2 and 77% IPCE, with low activation barriers (ΔH* = 3.452 kJ mol?1, ΔS* = 9.644 J mol?1 K?1), indicating efficient photon and thermal energy coupling for hydrogen evolution. This work establishes the ternary heterostructure as a sustainable solution for wastewater valorization and hydrogen production.
