Ag NPs were successfully synthesized via the Green Chemistry approach using Azadirachta indica and Thevetia peruviana leaf extracts, with microwave-assisted synthesis optimizing reaction kinetics and preserving bioactive compounds. The combined extract yielded uniform quasi-spherical NPs (25–35 nm, 97.56% Ag), outperforming individual extracts.抗菌活性 was concentration-dependent, with Kaner NPs showing 12 mm inhibition against E. coli and effectiveness against B. subtilis. Molecular docking revealed Ag atom interactions with β-lactamase and MurA enzymes (binding energies: ?0.74 to ?0.93 kcal/mol), clarifying antibacterial mechanisms. DLS showed hydrodynamic sizes of 80–180 nm with excellent colloidal stability (ζ-potential: ?19.5 mV). Biocompatibility was confirmed by high LC50 values (375–850 μg/mL) and ~100% viability in human cell lines, positioning this method as sustainable for biomedical applications.
