盐胁迫对作物生长的影响及分子机制研究。Excess salt reduces soil fertility and limits plant growth and development. Enhancing salt tolerance is crucial for improving land utilization and crop yield. This study cloned a stress-associated protein 2 (SAP2) from bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon), CdSAP2, which contains A20 and AN1 zinc-finger domains. Overexpression of CdSAP2 in Arabidopsis enhanced salt tolerance by improving ionic balance (lower Na+/K+ ratio), reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, increasing osmotic adjustment substances (proline and soluble sugar), and upregulating stress-related genes (SOS1, NHX1, APX, SOD, POD, BADH, P5CS).
