公司正在筹建的是中国规模最大之一的生物药物生产设施，其研发、生产及质量控制等设施均达到欧美设计建造标准。第一期工程将在三年内投产运行。杰科生物预计未来一期、二期共建设十条生产线，满足十多个生物药物的大规模GMP生产，达到1000-1500人的规模，产品包括单克隆抗体、抗体融合蛋白、细胞因子、重组蛋白或DNA疫苗等。

 

【热招职位】
生物制药纯化高级科学家/经理（天津）
Responsibilities：
1. The individual is responsible for downstream process technology transfer, engineering scale-up, process optimization from bench to large scale for a number of production processes using E. coli and/or mammalian cell culture technology.
2. The individual will lead a group of scientist, associates, technical operators to conduct purification of recombinant proteins, or monoclonal antibodies, or immunotoxins, or viral vectors.
3. The individual will train junior staffs in technical skills and GMP compliance. The group will accept lab scale process through technology transfer and scale-up the process to production scale with optimization in large scale production. The group will support analytical development and product characterization.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years biopharmaceutical industrial experiences after Ph.D. training in related fields of biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, protein engineering,
biochemistry, and/or biological sciences.
2. Must have CGMP experiences in biologics. Previous leadership in downstream biological production is appreciated. Previous experiences in international
biopharmaceutical industry is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and in English is required.
